The publisher behind Pilier2XML.
Pilier2XML is published by Decuma, an independent French company. We do one thing: produce the GloBE Information Return file the DGFiP expects for form 2259-SD, and produce it so that you can read it back yourself before you file.
Why this tool exists
The information return of article 223 WW of the CGI cannot be filed as a spreadsheet: the administration accepts only an XML file conformant with the GLOBE_OECD schema. Between the data your teams already master and that file, one link was missing — a tool that asks you neither to relearn Pillar Two nor to hand your data to a third party. That link is what we built, and nothing else.

Founder of Decuma and Pilier2XML
Gérard Abidri owns the filing doctrine behind the product: he tracks the revisions the DGFiP publishes, rules on conformity questions element by element, and signs off on what the application files. The calls that bind the content of a return — nature of the deposit, severity of a check, shape of an element — are his, not an algorithm's.

The official schema is authoritative
Where a guidance note and the XSD disagree, the XSD wins. The file produced is exactly GLOBEXML 1.0, revalidated in your browser before filing.
Specifications are tracked by revision
A DGFiP guide goes stale silently: we compare every document against its published revision before relying on it, because a rule read in a superseded version is a non-conformity you cannot see.
Your data does not leave your browser
SIRENs, TINs, amounts, elections: data entry, the DGFiP checks and XSD validation all run locally. This is not a contractual promise, it is a property your own teams can verify in the page headers.
What we do not claim
No ANSSI certification, CNIL label or SecNumCloud qualification is held or claimed. Our security position rests on the architecture, which your teams can verify themselves.
